SHIPPING POLICY
At Boundless Apparel, we strive to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within a couple weeks.
Items we have in stock at our home locations will be shipped out faster, while our outsourced items may take longer due to production and shipping times. Supporting local and sourcing from Canadian suppliers means sometimes longer shipping times depending where in Canada we are sourcing.
Some items may ship separately if they are fullfilled by a third-party supplier.
We have a flat rate shipping rate to help cover our shipping costs (we will be using Canada Post)
Be sure to take advantage of our free local pick up option anywhere from 100 mile house to Williams lake!
Boundless Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed goods. We understand it is unfortunate if that happens, please contact us at boundlessapparel@outlook.com if you have any concerns.
We offer worldwide shipping; however, international orders may be subject to custom fees, duties, or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Boundless Apparel, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us boundlessapparel@outlook.com
-Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unworn and unwashed condition.
-We do not offer refunds, but you can choose between store credit or an exchange
-Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
- We are not responsible for exchange shipping.
- If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at boundlessapparel@outlook.com with photos and we will do our best to make it right.
